What is driving your career success? A good company will prosper and propel forward, which will ultimately make you and your employee's money. When the paycheck of everyone increases it promotes good reputation. Your employee's will work harder for you and that pride in their work will shine through to customers. Every well greased machine runs on genuine power. You want your business to be a well greased process that reflect your company's skills and benefits. Ultimately your business can operate on genuine power or counterfeit motion. Like an engine that needs power, if those 8 cylinders aren’t firing together, you won’t have enough power and you will be sputtering along. Business leaders, managers, and their employees can easily operate on counterfeit motion if they don’t have the right power within themselves. Counterfeit motion is when you are working harder but not achieving any results. Ultimately it is like running backward when you are supposed to be going forward.
With the right power, you can change an organization to be more profitable, more successful, and a happier place to work. Understanding how to find career success and how to use it in making your business, career and life decisions, will give you more power than you ever thought possible. But without it, you’ll be motionless. With it, you can achieve unlimited success for your employees and your organization.
How do you achieve success in your career? When you are operating at full power are more valuable, successful and influential. In order to have a leg up on your competition you need to be better in every way. You need to offer a more quality product, offer a more competitive price, offering your product in a more unique way. If you provide a more quality product, people will want to pay for higher quality items. Offering a more competitive price along you to target those customers that are already looking for that product. Offering your product in a unique way is an interesting idea, but often the most difficult. This idea has to do with marketing. If you can marketing better than your competitor than you might have a chance to stick in a customer's mind better than competitors. Examples of this are McDonald's how offer a happy meal much like Burger King and Wendy's but target children in their ads. Burger targets young males more and Wendy's offers better quality food than most. However McDonald's are successful because they marketed in a unique way. They identified that parents will buy food at their restaurant as well, because they are already purchasing for their children. Children will often encourage their parents to visit the location. Parents will enjoy visiting because of the playground area and the convenience. These are all examples of marketing in a unique way.
Ford parts and accessories are examples of genuine quality products. The perception is you won’t get copies or knock-offs, only quality products because it is Ford. Another powerful company is Microsoft. Microsoft says, “Genuine Microsoft software ships with easily identifiable security features. Do you have genuine Microsoft software?” Or what about genuine leather? Yep, you got it, more expensive.
Being genuine, will give your company and your employees a sense of unbelievable success. You can’t be who someone else wants you to be. You can’t just be who you might dream to be. You can only be who you are. When you know who you are and can harness the Genuine Power, you’ll have unlimited success. And the only way to get Genuine Power is when you use the “Power of Passion and Honor”.
